A Licensed Clinician Reviews Your Case
Your intake is routed to a licensed clinician for review. The clinician evaluates the information provided and, where required or clinically appropriate, may conduct a telehealth consultation before determining whether treatment is appropriate. Prescriptions are never automatically approved.
Your Prescription Goes to the Pharmacy
Your prescription is transmitted to a state-licensed pharmacy for fulfillment, in accordance with applicable pharmacy requirements. Pharmacies operate in compliance with all state and federal regulations and U.S. Pharmacopeia standards, including USP <797> for sterile injectables.
Your Medication Ships Directly to You
Your medication ships in temperature-controlled packaging when required, with dosing instructions and any supplies. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of approval.
Treatment doesn't end when the box arrives. Patients have ongoing access to their care team by email - for medication questions, side effects, dose adjustments, and refills.
